It shields against negative energy and psychic interference, and offers a stabilising, grounding presence when life feels heavy.

It also works at the deepest level to help release emotional wounds and the patterns that create negativity from within — making it a strong ally through grief and times of emotional healing.

How your affirmation works

Your subconscious mind runs most of your day, and it's shaped by what you hear, see and feel over and over again. An affirmation gently rewrites old stories with a new one.

Say it out loud. Hearing "I am protected" in your own voice is one of the most direct ways to reach your subconscious. Every repetition strengthens the new belief until it begins to feel true.

See the words. Keep your stone where your eyes will land on it — by your front door, on your desk or beside your bed.
