WE CURRENTLY HAVE 2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE WITHIN PURE LIGHTNESS ~

Position 1:

Pure Lightness Crystals is looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to join our growing team. This role combines order fulfilment, product photography, and helping manage our online store.

Responsibilities:

  • Packing and dispatching customer orders with care

  • Photographing crystals and jewellery for the website

  • Uploading and managing products in Shopify

  • Assisting with stock organisation and inventory

  • Helping prepare products for new releases and collection drops

Ideal skills:

  • Experience with Shopify (preferred but not essential)

  • Good eye for photography and presentation

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Interest in crystals and gemstones

  • Reliable and organised

Location: Sunshine Coast
Position: Part-time / Casual

Position 2: 

Live Event Show Team – Travel Role

Pure Lightness Crystals

Pure Lightness Crystals is looking for motivated team members who would like to travel around Australia with us for our live crystal events and shows.

This role involves working closely with our team to set up, run, and pack down our retail event spaces, while delivering great customer service during the show.

Responsibilities:

  • Travelling with the team to events across Australia

  • Assisting with setting up and packing down large crystal displays

  • Working in a retail sales environment during the event

  • Helping customers choose crystals and answering questions

  • Maintaining displays and stock during the show

Important:
These events require hard work and stamina. Show weeks typically involve around 8 days of work in a row, including long hours while setting up and running the event.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience

  • Some knowledge of crystals and minerals

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to work long hours and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel

This role is perfect for someone who loves crystals, enjoys meeting people, and wants the adventure of travelling while working in the crystal industry.
