Hematite Bracelet Ground · Protect · Balance.

Hematite helps to absorb negative energy and brings calm in times of stress or worry. It's a very protective stone and great to carry to help you stay grounded in many situations. Working with your Root Chakra, it helps transform negative energies into a more positive vibration. Wear it when you need balance and equilibrium, or when you're having difficulty focusing your energies.

Hematite aids in the Ascension process by facilitating the integration of higher spiritual energies into your physical 3-D existence — allowing you to do spiritual work while still functioning in the physical world and relating to others. It's said to be useful in legal situations and is thought to strengthen self-confidence, and those in relationships can benefit from its cooperative vibe.

Physically, Hematite is also used to protect against geopathic stress and electromagnetic smog, and is said to be a great detoxifying stone, helpful for the liver and the blood.
