Sunstone Worry Stone Joy · Confidence · Abundance.

Sunstone is a stone of luck and good fortune — and it carries the warmth of sunshine straight into your body and being. It instils joy and happiness, and allows your real self to shine through.

Sunstone clears and energises all the chakras. It dissipates fearfulness, alleviates stress, and increases your energy and vitality, so you feel alive and enthusiastic again. Traditionally, Sunstone acts as an antidepressant, increasing your self-worth and confidence and encouraging optimism and enthusiasm.

It supports self-empowerment and independence through intuition and inner knowing. Sunstone is also a stone of abundance, inviting money, wealth, unexpected prosperity and happiness. At work, it raises your profile and brings opportunities for leadership and promotion — and it protects your finances against those who would drain your energies or finances.
