Black Obsidian Cube Tumbled Stones — Safe to Let Go

Black Obsidian shields you against negative energy and offers powerful psychic protection. It is extremely effective at cleansing and removing negative energies, helping you release disharmony from your day-to-day life.

Obsidian works on a deep level, releasing the emotions that create negative energy. A powerful healer, it allows the cleansing of emotional wounds and helps you release feelings of woundedness and victimisation — so you can face what's been hidden and let it go.

It is also an excellent grieving stone, and very helpful if you have lost a loved one.

Hold your Black Obsidian cube in your palm and close your eyes. With each slow exhale, imagine anything heavy or not yours to carry draining down into the stone and into the earth. With each inhale, feel a protective shield forming around you. When you're ready, speak your affirmation aloud or in your mind:

"I am protected, and it is safe for me to let go."
