Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Lay the Smoky Quartz, Black Tourmaline and Hematite in a small circle in front of you. Hold the Septarian Nodule in one palm and the Mookaite Jasper flat stone in the other. Breathe in slowly, and as you breathe out, imagine roots growing from the soles of your feet deep into the earth. Then say:

"I am rooted. I am steady. I am here, right now, and I am safe."

Place the Septarian in the centre of your circle, and carry the Mookaite flat stone with you as your anchor for the day.
