Your 1-Minute Ritual

Lay the Malachite, Prehnite and both Chrysocolla Howlite stones in a small circle in front of you. Hold the Azurite Malachite in your palm and bring to mind one thing you're ready to release. Breathe in slowly, and as you breathe out, imagine it gently leaving your body and dissolving into light. Then say:

"I release what no longer serves me. I forgive, I heal, and I begin again."

Place the Azurite Malachite in the centre of your circle to seal your intention, and carry the Chrysocolla Howlite flat stone with you as a reminder to keep your heart soft.
