Hematite Worry Stone Ground · Protect · Balance.

Hematite helps to absorb negative energy and brings calm in times of stress or worry. A very protective stone, it's wonderful to carry to help you stay grounded in many situations. Working with the Root Chakra, it helps transform negative energies into a more positive vibration.

Reach for Hematite when you need balance and equilibrium, or when you're having difficulty focusing your energies. It's said to be useful in legal situations and is thought to strengthen self-confidence. If you're in a relationship, you can benefit from the cooperative vibe Hematite brings.

Hematite aids in the Ascension process by facilitating the integration of higher spiritual energies into our physical 3-D existence, allowing those doing spiritual work to still function in the physical world and relate to others. Traditionally, it's also used to protect against geopathic stress and electromagnetic smog. Shaped with a smooth thumb groove, this worry stone is made to be held whenever you need to come back to centre.
