Iolite Tumbleds — The Inner Compass

Known as the "Vikings' Compass" stone, Iolite embodies the spirit of travel, dreams, intuition, discovery and enlightenment. It is often called a compass stone because it helps you move through transitions between worlds — both literally and spiritually.

When you feel unmotivated or disoriented, Iolite helps you regain your lost equilibrium. It fortifies your commitment to accept and fulfil new duties, bringing a feeling of perseverance and self-assurance as you step forward. If you've been lacking perspective, it guides you toward simple, doable solutions that bring order to an unorganised life or a busy schedule.

Traditionally, Iolite is excellent for strengthening the constitution and increasing the immune system. It is thought to facilitate alcohol consumption and protect the wearer from the negative effects of overindulgence. Traditionally, it supports detoxification by lowering fatty deposits in the body, is beneficial for liver disorders, and is fantastic for controlling digestion.

Hold your Iolite in your palm and close your eyes. Take a slow breath in and out, and imagine a compass settling within you, its needle steady and sure. Ask quietly for the next simple step to be shown. When you're ready, speak your affirmation aloud or in your mind:

"I trust my inner compass to guide me forward."
