I Am Worthy — Sunstone Affirmation Crystal

Your worth was never up for debate. It was there before you did a single thing, and it's still there now.

Why "I Am Worthy"?

So many of us hold ourselves back without realising it — not asking for the raise, not sharing our gifts, not taking up space — because deep down we're not sure we deserve it.

"I Am Worthy" is your reminder that you deserve good things simply because you exist. Reach for it before you ask for what you want, set a boundary, launch something new or receive a compliment — and let yourself say yes to more.

About Sunstone

Sunstone instils joy and happiness and lets your real self shine through. It brings sunshine into your whole being, dissipating fearfulness, easing stress and encouraging optimism and enthusiasm.

Traditionally, it increases self-worth and confidence, facilitating self-empowerment and independence through your own intuition and inner knowing. Associated with luck and good fortune, Sunstone also invites abundance, unexpected prosperity and opportunities for leadership and promotion.

How your affirmation works

Your subconscious mind runs most of your day, and it's shaped by what you hear, see and feel over and over again. An affirmation gently rewrites old stories with a new one.

• Say it out loud. Hearing "I am worthy" in your own voice is one of the most direct ways to reach your subconscious. Every repetition strengthens the new belief until it begins to feel true.
• See the words. Keep your stone where your eyes will land on it — your desk, bedside or bathroom sink. Each glance is a quiet reinforcement that sinks in even when you're not consciously thinking about it.
• Carry it with you. Slip it into your pocket or bag. Each time your fingers find it, it becomes a physical anchor that brings you straight back to your intention, with the radiant energy of Sunstone amplifying it.

This is where manifestation begins. You can only receive what you believe you're worthy of — so when "I am worthy" becomes a feeling rather than a wish, you open the door to everything you've been calling in.

Before a big moment, hold your stone in your dominant hand. Stand tall, roll your shoulders back and imagine warm sunlight on your face. Then say it out loud: I am worthy.
