Howlite Small Tumbleds — Patience & Peace

Traditionally, Howlite is extremely calming — use it in meditation, or place it under your pillow as an antidote to insomnia from an overactive mind. It calms turbulent emotions, especially those rooted in unresolved past-life issues, releasing the strings that tie old emotions to the present.

Howlite teaches patience, helping reduce anger and rage — absorbing your own or that coming at you. It helps you overcome criticalness and selfishness, strengthens your positive traits, and allows calm, reasoned communication to take place. Use it around argumentative or highly strung people to help disperse negativity and calm them.

Linking into spirit, Howlite opens attunement and prepares the mind to receive wisdom, making it lovely for past-life work too. It formulates your ambitions, spiritual and material, and aids in their achievement, while strengthening memory and stimulating a desire for knowledge. Traditionally, it may also aid in balancing calcium levels within the body, teeth, bones and soft tissue.

Hold your Howlite in your palm and breathe in for four counts, out for six. With each exhale, let frustration and racing thoughts soften and settle. When you're ready, speak your affirmation aloud or in your mind:

"I am calm, patient and at peace."
